A business leader, Reagan Lancaster guides SourceTap Technologies as founder and chief executive officer. He brings to bear more than two decades of sales and management experience in nurturing the company’s growth and development.
SourceTap, a software enterprise based in Dallas, designs innovative solutions that enhance sales operations for clients. Complementing his background with SourceTap, Reagan Lancaster assisted i2 Technologies as president of worldwide operations for the better part of a decade. While with i2, he drove record sales for the company, helping grow revenues from $10 million to more than $1 billion in five years.
Before building his executive leadership career, Reagan Lancaster studied at the University of North Texas in Denton, where he earned his bachelor of business administration. He continues to affiliate with the academic world as a resident professor with the Texas Christian University master of business administration and marketing programs.
Furthermore, he sits on the board of directors for the Entrepreneur Center run through the management department at the University of North Texas. A philanthropic individual, Mr. Lancaster supports nonprofits like the Ronald McDonald House and the Apache Angels.
